By using our website, you agree to the collection, storage, statistical and procedural use, and disclosure to regulatory agencies (if applicable). Type of information we collect

When you create an account with us, you provide (as required — your name(s), email address, address, phone number, professional title, and password.) Your password is stored and can’t be decrypted. When you make a purchase of a course or courses your credit card or PayPal and/or Stripe information is input. Our payment processor(s), as required by credit card issuer guidelines to meet specific security requirements, will collect, store, and process your credit card and other payment information on our behalf using industry-standard security measures. We do not collect or store any payment card information.

Storage of Data

LCS understand the sensitivity of the information you provide, so we are very serious in protecting your information. LCS stores demographic information provided, course(s) taken and amount of payment in an encrypted confidential data base. Physical, electronic and procedural information is kept safe in accordance with industry standards.

LCS would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
• You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
